Delivery

In Australia:
Kiddy Beach offers two forms of delivery, either a Flat Rate of $6.00 or Express Post which will be calculated on weight, for delivery Australia wide.

The Flat Rate of $6.00 is regardless of the amount or volume purchased and is the most cost effective way of getting your purchase to you.  After dispatch you should receive your purchase within 2-3 days.

Express Post will enable you to track your delivery via a serial number and should be delivered to you the following business day.

Kiddy Beach will normally dispatch your order the following business day if the order is received prior to 4.00 p.m. EST and the items are in stock.  If you have paid via direct deposit, we will dispatch following receipt of payment - this may sometimes take up to fours days, depending on bank transaction times. After dispatch, we will notify you via email that your order has been sent.  If there are any delays due to lack of stock, we will notify you immediately.  You will then have the option of changing or cancelling your order.

We also offer FREE SHIPPING for any orders over $75 Australia wide.  This will be automatically calculated at the checkout for you.

International:
International post is via Australia Post - International Parcel Post (Air) and is calculated on weight.  Please see postage rates at checkout. 

Returns
Customer satisfaction is very important to us.  If you are not happy with your purchase, please return the items to us in their original condition and packing, with all tags still attached within 21 days of invoice.  Please also provide us with a reason for the return and we will either exchange for another item or give you a refund for the purchase price of the item. 

Please allow up to 7 days for the returns to be processed on receipt of the goods.

Sorry, but we cannot refund original shipping charges on returns unless we have shipped an incorrect item.
