When will my order be dispatched?
If your order has been placed prior to 4pm each day and the items are in stock, it will be dispatched the following business day.  Delivery is Australia wide using Australia Post - Parcel Post or Express Post.  After despatch, delivery is normally 2-3 days for Parcel Post or the next business day for Express Post.  International postage will normally be between 5-7 business days. 

How much will packing and delivery cost?
A flate rate of $6.00 will be charged for postage and delivery regardless of the amount or volume of items purchased for Parcel Post or you can elect to have delivery via Express Post which is calculated by weight.  Express Post will allow you to monitor where your package is.  International postage is also calculated by weight.  At check-out you can compare prices. 

What happens when an item I am purchasing sells out and ends up being unavailable?
It is possible that an item you have purchased on this site becomes sold out after your shopping list has been submitted.  We try to avoid this frustration as much as we can.  We will not charge you for any items that are unavailable.

How do I change my details that I have already given you?
Once you log in to My Account, hit the "edit details" key to update or amend your personal details.

Can I order if I live outside of Australia?
We are pleased to announce that we now deliver internationally.  Postage is via Australia Post - International Parcel Post (Air) and is calculated on weight.  Please see postage rates at checkout.
